Over 12 years, 23 developments, and 1 350 plus homes sold, we’ve built a loyal collection of customers. An offer of gratitude to these customers it to allow them exclusive early access, often called an “early access” or “Black Book” release, before launching publicly.
After this early access period, public sales open. At this point, the remaining apartments are available on a strict first-come, first-served basis. We always hold back a selection of apartments specifically for this public launch phase.
